Shipping

Your order will be shipped same day and should reach you within 48 hours.

Shipping costs are based on weight and will be applied at checkout.

It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once they have been passed to our courier so please take care when checking out. If you do make a mistake please contact support@poplarfarmkitchen.com immediately and we will do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

If your package arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

In the unlikely event that your order is not up to our usual quality standards, please let us know. Please include your order number and a description of the problem as this will help us resolve your issue quickly.

You can return your purchases for a refund within 30 days of ordering. Items must be returned by mail, unused and in saleable condition. Please include the original order number. Once we receive your returned goods we will issue a full refund of the original sale price. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs.
